send a discord message

Hitting send will post a message to my friend's discord server via webhook.
This is not the way to send a private message to me. Please DM at Marsium#9057 for that :]
There's a 5 second cooldown every message sent to prevent spam.
Avatar URL is optional and will use default Discord user avatar if left blank.
